TLDR: This movie is a solid 10/10!
I absolutely loved this movie! The rumors had swirled that there was going to be a sexuality struggle within Riley and that she would end up being homosexual but, there was no place for that in this phenomenal movie.
This movie has a GREAT message about our core beliefs shaping who we are. It provides some great imagery for parents and guardians to talk to kids about what lies they’re believing about themselves.
Often, we don’t realize something has either been repressed OR, contrastingly, has become a core belief in our hearts and minds. God’s desire is that we would bring all of these things to Him and allow Him to show us what to do with a belief, emotion, or situation.
What are you believing about yourself, others and, most importantly, about God that you need to ask the Lord to remove?
